Morgan Stanley电面

昨天收到的电面通知，是10点40分左右，shanghai office打来的通知，最开始问我are you available at 11 this morning，我还以为听错了日期，确认了一下，确实是要我20分钟之后，考虑准备时间太短，到下午还有面试，我就要求换了时间，大摩的mm很nice地给我更换到了今天上午10点，还把interviewer的名字告诉了我。结果晚上10点的时候，又收到该mm的电话，先是核对一下时间，然后有告诉我，interviewer更换了一个人，时间不变，又把这个人的名字告诉了我。这里就感受到了大摩的professional，换了别的公司也许这点小事根本不会通知了，而且时间已经那么晚。
　　今天上午10点准时收到电面，寒暄后对方介绍背景，香港office的英国manager，然后就是问题阶段了，主要问了以下问题：

　　1 Self introduction

　　2 why MS, why Operation(understanding of Operation)

　　3 Leadership experience (why you are chosen to be the leader, how to select your team member)

　　4 why you think you are detail-oriented

　　5 career planning

　　6 when a task was given to me which I am not able to finish, what to do?

　　7 How to learning English?

　　8 Any mistake in internship?

　　9 Knowledge of different financial products( I talked about bonds, fixed income securities, derivatives)

　　有一些问题回答完之后会被追问，问的很细。

　　问题阶段大概持续30分钟，随后我提了两个问题：

　　1如果我想通过之后的面试并且加入大摩的operation，有什么建议给我？(m反复说了adaptability和flexibility)

　　2大摩在中国市场的策略？(m主要讲了为什么要抛售CICC股份，为什么收购某银行，等等)

　　全过程持续35分钟左右，事实证明做好功课是很重要的。

　　Whatever, it's really an exciting experience
