别太拿自己当回事

　David说：Dear miss law, will graduate in the coming June with a bachelor’s degree and I was given an offer by china construction bank（CCB）yesterday. But the salary provided by CCB was a bit lower than that of an international company I applied in addition CCB asked me to sign a 5-year contract. 　　刘瑞晶说：现实社会中，市场上就业竞争已达到白炽化，就业压力逐年增加，就业对于很多人首先是为了生存，当然如果能结合兴趣，那么就显得更加难能可贵些。既然是先要生存，当然薪水也是我们很关注的，业内人士称：高薪是付给高级人才的，你值多少钱我们就付多少。作为应届毕业生，在目前就业形势下，在银行就业的话，暂没有薪水的谈判必要，据我所知，银行特别是国有银行，都实行“一刀切”制度。至于合同的期长，要按你个人的就业意愿和未来职业规划和发展方向来衡量。不过，如果自己的规划是在金融行业上发展的话，五年时间也许能给予自己一个很稳定的经验累积时期。因为从个人职业发展阶段来看：1―2年是你的适应期；3―5年是你的稳定期；6―10是上升期；11―15年是发展辉煌期；所以，五年从理论上讲是可以接受的。不过，你自己还是要根据自己的具体情况来分析。

　　不论如何，我们要以一个务实的心态来选择，毕竟我们还不算是什么顶尖的人才和短缺稀有的人才，别太拿自己当回事。
